We enjoyed our stay at the Sands. The property had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Its a short drive to the center of Torquay meaning that its quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday crowds. We highly recommend it!

Lovely property, although a little tired. After communicating a couple of concerns with the owner to address some cleaning issues they acknowledged that they would be replacing some furniture and engaging with their cleaner. I would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We love Torquay, and being able to feel at home (away fron home) is important to us. This house offers all the comforts a small family needs, with the added bonus of the facilities of the property.
