The 120-square-meter property is located on the first floor of a villa and is laid out as follows:

- Bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, and smart TV

The outdoor area features a private pool and a seating area with a table, chairs, and sofas, and complete privacy is guaranteed. The pool is open from May 1 to October 31.
Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning vents throughout the house, mosquito screens, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, and parking available inside the villa or in the outdoor area.
Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
All guests’ identification documents must be presented upon arrival, as required by Italian law.
The front door keys are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.
After 9:30 p.m., check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:
- From 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. - 25.00 euros
- From 11:00 PM to midnight - 30.00 euros
- From midnight to 1:30 AM - 40.00 euros
