Very communicative and flexible host. The cabin was exactly as advertised and the kitchen even had things like seasoning if you’re planning to cook. It’s def recommended to have a 4x4 / awd vehicle as there are dirt roads you will need to commute through to get to it.

Convenient to Nantahala weddings and lake

walking distance to local marina and across the street to Nantahala weddings. Inside is renovated and clean, nice for family and includes amenities for cooking, etc. Outside needs renovation (metal roof was threatening to blow off in high winds storm). Fire pit area is nice with covered gathering area.

Property was exactly what we needed for a short day during our friends wedding. The venue is probably a 10 minute walk from the property, so it was easy for us to get ready at this property and walk over to the wedding and reception.The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive. Only feedback/advice I would give to those booking, is that the road to turn into the Property on the main road, is pretty hard to see at night, and there’s no service up there. Just FYI to have maps up to date
