Hermoso Apartamento Frente al Mar!

Lindo apartamento en el Edifico Arena, Playa Diamond. Tiene piscina privada frente al mar, a 10 minutos caminando de las "cabañitas" y en la mejor parte de la playa. La playa es muy tranquila y caliente todo el año.

Our apartment is very cozy and great for family or friends to get together.

The beach and pool are downstairs and there several places to eat around the apartment.

At your arrival, you and your guests will need to get a wristband for the doorman to recognize the building's guests. Each band is $10 for adults (13 or more years old) and $5 for kids (3 to 12 years old). If you lose it, you will have to pay $3 per band at your own expense.

You can access all the amenities included (wi-fi, private pool, showers, porch, one car parking, etc.) when you book the apartment.

You can reach me anytime through Whatsapp, Viber or email. Because I am running this with my mom, you can also contact her. All the phone numbers will be provided when you book the apartment.

There will also be a manager and a doorman if you have any quick questions.

At your arrival, my Mom, the doorman or the manager will be waiting for you at the apartment. She/He will go over the main amenities (10min walk-through) and from there on, if you need us, we are a text/call away.

Please note that there can not be any parties or loud noise at the apartment.

We allow pets, but remember to pick up after them and take care of the apartment.

Remember to relax and eat like royalty.
