Beautiful Charentaise house of more than 200 m2 easily accommodating 3 families (14 people) with its enclosed garden including an above-ground wooden swimming pool with its large shaded terrace of 60 m2 and many areas for children or adults to play (giant chess, table tennis, basketball backboards, tightrope walker, animals hidden in the trees, scooters on site, billiards, board games, confidence bench, etc.).
The house has 5 bedrooms, including three beautiful couples' bedrooms (including the Master one – the one in the photos with the 180 cm wide teak canopy - with its own bathroom). A large courtyard under which you will find the ping pong table, table football, a trampoline for the youngest, scooters available to evolve in the garden which is enclosed and secure. There is also a terrace surrounded by oleanders with Plancha and barbecue (your choice) available. The wooden swimming pool is above ground and we invite you to remove the stairs for the safety of the youngest).

Beaches nearby (Fouras in front of Fort Boyard). Ideal place to explore the 4 islands of Charente Maritime, namely Ré, Oléron, the beautiful island of Aix and the bucolic Ile Madame where you can walk at low tide.
