프런트 직원 교육

호텔 이용시 보통 체크인이 오후2시 사이가 보편화 일것임. 여기 호텔은 체크인이 오후 4시임. 조금일찍 도착(3시반)해 체크인 하려고 했으나 4시에 다시 오라고해서 불쾌했음.
