Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. The amenities gave us everything we needed for rest, fun, and quality time together. We played darts and pool, made s’mores at the fire pit, watched movies in the theater room, and ate meals together at the big dining table. My husband cooked on the propane grill a few times — he’s used to charcoal, so the first round of steaks didn’t survive, but we laughed about it and kept going. My husband and son also tried the sauna and really enjoyed it.One of the highlights for our 16 year old son was the Mortal Kombat machine. He played it for a good while, trying to beat the computer. I even played a few times. It really took me back to my childhood. We appreciated how spacious the house was, especially the three separate living room areas with large TVs. It gave everyone room to spread out without feeling disconnected. I personally loved that there were no TVs in the bedrooms — it kept the space peaceful and restful.The house was clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We visited Skyline Drive multiple times, explored Skyline Caverns, went fishing, and were able to grab groceries easily at the nearby Walmart.I also want to thank our host, Alejandro, for being so welcoming and attentive. The handwritten note and pastries when we arrived were such a thoughtful touch, and the check‑in message made us feel genuinely cared for. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I gave 4 stars because our trip was during an arctic polar event; 50- 60 mph winds, -20/-30 temperatures. This was very extreme weather and the home’s furnace couldn’t handle the cold. As a result areas of the house were too uncomfortable to use during our stay. We really couldn’t use the outdoor amenities because of the high winds and things blowing around. Alejandro, our host, stayed in constant contact, offering to provide us with anything we thought would help, and have pizzas delivered. That was so kind, but there’s really nothing that can be done in situations like this. The bedrooms stayed warm enough to sleep and the beds were heaven. We spent most of the time in the theatre room catching up on movies. This is a fantastic room with very comfy seating. Truly, the entire house is amazing. We managed to make the most of it despite the bad weather and had a great time. Alejandro is a wonderful host. We would definitely return.

Best VRBO/rental where we have stayed. Clean and welcoming, with comfortable rooms and thoughtful amenities. WIFI worked great!! Three of us needed to connect for work. It was easy! We cooked! Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, plenty of plates, cups etc. Newer appliances and everything was easy to use and functioned well! Location was perfect. Close to two towns where we enjoyed casual dinners and coffee shops(Doggery and Cordial Coffee, Daily Buzz), with Costco and Food Lion nearby. We hiked, enjoyed a local winery, but we mostly stayed in as it was Christmas. We enjoyed the beautiful decorations, playing pool, the sauna, board games (we brought our favorites, and video games (we brought the switch and hooked to available TVs). Plenty of space to play games, etc but also personal reading time. Plenty of parking and directions were on point. Overall it was all so easy and comfortable with excellent communication from owners.. Enjoyable stay!! Listing with photos is accurate. Thanks too for the delicious baked goods upon arrival!!

Host was very responsive and helpful! The VRBO was beautiful and well taken care of. The mountain view was awesome. Our group of 11 stayed very comfortably! The hot tub and sauna were clean and easy to use. Additionally, our host provided a loaf of sourdough bread and muffins from a local bakery which were delicious. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We enjoyed the peacefulness that came with our stay. The outdoor area that includes the fire pit, hot tub, sauna and views with the wrap around porch was fabulous and our favorite! The kitchen and coffee bar has everything you would want. Plus, we utilized the movie room, yoga mat, and basement with the pool table. What a great “get away from it all” that allowed us to recharge our batteries! Thank you so much!
