El hotel está muy bonito y limpio. Habitaciones grandes y bien ubicado. Respecto al desayuno buffet... No había una gran variedad,pero todo estaba bueno... El problema, que la persona que estaba encargada de ello, no reponía lo que se agotaba o tardaba bastante en hacerlo.

Parking is nearby and not on-site. Otherwise, comfortable overnight stay on the road to other places. Good room with mini-fridge and they were able to accommodate our requested room type.

Spacious and convenient

The Altora has spacious rooms, good Wifi and a helpful staff, all in a great location a short walk from Plaza España. There's even a small store, a bakery and a laundromat right across the street. The only drawbacks are that parking can be a bit of a challenge, and that the walls aren't thick enough to block out noisy, snoring neighbors.

Excelente relación calidad-precio.10/10. La habitación era ideal, como a estrenar. Limpieza perfecta de la habitación y el baño. Cama muy cómoda, armario de buen tamaño y mini nevera con agua de cortesía. Muy buena presión de agua en la ducha, y en el baño todo como nuevo. El personal muy amable y atento. Hotel muy recomendable.Repetiría sin dudarlo. Hay un párking cubierto muy económico justo al lado del hotel.

Estuvimos 2 h para hacer el check in yendo con una persona en silla de ruedas. Nos dieron una habitación en el Hotel Calahan y el baño olía fatal por lo que nos la cambiaron por otra que seguía oliendo igual de mal. Nula la información con respecto a personas con movilidad reducida, por lo que después de llegar a barrio sésamo a una atracción donde tenía acceso para subirse, nos informan que tenemos que ir a atención al cliente a sacarle una pulsera especial para minusvalidos, por lo que con el calor que hacía y yendo con una persona minusválida y un niño pequeño tenemos que ir a tramitar la pulsera cuando nos deberían haber informado en recepción. El parque cierra alas 20 excepcionalmente por Covid, pero podrían cerrar las piscinas de los Hoteles más tarde para poder amortizar la entrada y para poder tener la opción de refrescarte con las altas temperaturas que están haciendo, ni siquiera hacen espectáculos. Por lo que este año no vale la pena ir al parque.

El alojamiento es muy normal, le falta mantenimiento y lo peor es que no había agua caliente para ducharse. Hablé con la recepcionista que había en turno noche, bastante borde y me dijo que tenían problemas con una pieza del calentador de agua que el día anterior es agua salía más fría aún y que en ese momento estaba saliendo bien... vamos que no hacía vapor la ducha. Esto en noviembre que en Tomelloso hace bastante frío. Ni un detalle por parte del hotel, ni unas mínimas disculpas. Uno cutres. No vuelvo.

Me ha encantado el hotel, todos los servicios, las habitaciones son muy bonitas, decoradas con muy buen gusto, son amplias y limpias, son silenciosas y el resto de servicios muy bien, la entrada de la recepción muy bonita, las recepcionistas muy ambles y la zona muy céntrica y fácil para aparcar. Me vengo encantada, para la próxima repito hotel seguro.
