New hotel. Nice large rooms. Decent coffee. But, no hot water. They moved our first room. In the 2nd room, the water would run warm for 3 minutes, not long enough for a shower. A room credit or extra points to make up for this issue would have been appreciated. However, we weren't offered either. Paid over $200 and no one could shower. As a result, next time we're in Tomball, we'll stay elsewhere.
