Hotel location is good but does not have nearby parking. Finding parking was a challenge due to a local community event. The view from the hotel room was very nice and street noise wasn't an issue with the windows closed. However the A/C (heat pump) was very noisy and overdue for maintenance. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was slow and spotty.

Our room faced the river with a nice balcony. The location could not have been better.for walking to the sites and restaurants. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Air conditioning provided. We missed seeing the free parking lots, but found an underground parking garage for a daily rate of 6 euro. To note …. You pull your car in before you take a ticket at the gate entrance. You , or a passenger must go up to the attendant at the window and ask for a daily ticket. Otherwise it is 20 euro per day. The parking garage is near to a main square and on the way up to see the castle.

Spotlessly clean. We had a castle view which was great. Close to the river. 15min walk to the castle & convent. Good resturants & shopping options nearby Right on the Camino Portuguese which was perfect for us. No lift, so youll have to carry your bags up stairs to your room

There is no lift but the staff helped me with my luggage checking in and checking out. They were really lovely! Parking was difficult because main lot was closed off…but they communicated that and options well in advance. Breakfast was good. The room was large and I even had a private little terrace!

Clean and well located guest house but be aware that the parking is not on-site and you will need to park 5 mn walk away on a public parking place. Room was nice and bed comfortable. We took the breakfast onsite and it was what you would expect.

The Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The receptionists were very friendly and helpfull. We were glad our room was on the 2nd floor because of our suitcases. All in all we were pleased with the property.We would stay here again.

Right from the start we were greeted with a smile, the front desk reception went above and beyond to answer all of our questions as it was our first day in Portugal. The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. When we return to Tomar this will be the hotel we return to. Thank you staff!

Great stay

Beautiful hotel in the middle of everything! Newer rooms. Breakfast was very nice. Customer service was excellent. Our only problem was getting in and out of the bed. It was in a platform between 2 walls. So we had to crawl out of the bottom of the bed. This is because we are older and not as flexible anymore. View of caste was very pretty!
