The Space:

Set across two levels, Seaspray Daze offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out while making the most of its spectacular waterfront position.



Upstairs is the heart of the home, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto the rear deck with panoramic views across Tomakin Cove, the river mouth and coastline. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, relaxed meals or simply watching the ever-changing sandbars and waves below.



The upstairs level also features the main king bedroom with ensuite, reverse-cycle air conditioning and a cosy wood fireplace for cooler South Coast evenings. A second deck at the front of the home provides another outdoor space to enjoy when the sea breeze picks up.

Downstairs you'll find three additional bedrooms, a kitchenette and direct access to the level, fully fenced backyard.

Tomakin is a relaxed South Coast seaside village surrounded by beautiful beaches, the Tomaga River and some of the Eurobodalla's best coastal scenery.



From the property you can stroll to Rivermouth Cafe for your morning coffee or head to the Tomakin Club for lunch or dinner.



Tomakin IGA, Smokey Dan's, the local bottle shop and boat ramp are only a short drive away, while Broulee, Mossy Point, Mogo Wildlife Park and the Mogo mountain bike trails are all within easy reach.



Whether your holiday is about swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking, cycling, exploring or simply relaxing by the water, Seaspray Daze provides an ideal base.



Getting Around:

One of the advantages of staying at Seaspray Daze is how much you can enjoy without getting in the car. The beach, cafe and Tomakin Club are all within walking distance.



A car is recommended for exploring nearby Broulee, Mossy Point, Mogo, Batemans Bay and the wider Eurobodalla region.
