Mindil Arch is the perfect little beach cottage in the beautiful hamlet of Tomakin. You will spend all your time out on the lovely deck or walking to the beach - a flat 5 minute walk.Enter on the ground level which has a small living area, a family bathroom/laundry (with washing machine) and 2 bedrooms. There is a small fenced yard out here. Up the stairs takes you into a lovely light open plan living/dining/kitchen with the deck off here. There is RC air con plus fan in living area. The house has wifi.

Bedrooms: All linen is included including sheets and towels. 1 x queen plus 2 x king singles1 x queen1 x double

Bathrooms/Laundry: There is a bathroom on each level with the ground floor bathroom combined with the laundry.

An easy walk to 3 beaches and the River. Walk to the popular Rivermouth Cafe, and a minute drive to the newly renovated Tomakin Club.
