The Space:

Set in an incredible beachfront position, this character-filled holiday home offers relaxed coastal living with the ocean as its backdrop.



Upstairs, you'll find the main living areas, including an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge space that opens to the large deck overlooking the cove. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge and coffee maker, making it easy to cater for larger groups.



The spacious outdoor deck is one of the home's standout features, with outdoor seating and beautiful water views – perfect for morning coffee, long lunches or an evening drink after a day at the beach.



The home has four bedrooms, including a fantastic dorm-style room ideal for children, cousins, or groups travelling together.

Tomakin is one of the South Coast's beautiful seaside villages, offering a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere surrounded by beaches, coastline and the Tomaga River.



From the property, the beach and cove are right on your doorstep, making it easy to swim, paddle, fish or head out for a morning beach walk without needing to get in the car.



The Tomakin boat ramp is also nearby, making the home a great option for guests bringing a boat, while local cafés, dining and everyday conveniences are within easy reach.



It's an ideal base for families and groups wanting a genuine South Coast beach holiday with plenty to do nearby – although with the view from the deck, you may find it hard to leave.



Getting Around:

A car is useful for exploring the wider Eurobodalla region, but one highlight of this location is how much of your holiday you can enjoy close to home.



The beach is just steps away, and Tomakin's local facilities are within easy reach. The property also provides off-street parking and space for a boat.
