Podere dei Tordi (The Farm of the Song thrush) is a fully restored traditional farmhouse in the hills above Lake Grazie and the historic town of Tolentino. It is a 10 minute drive from the town and lies midway between the beautiful Adriatic coast and the Sibillini Mountains. The house sits in its own grounds with fine views across rolling farmland with olive and fruit trees providing a natural boundary at the rear. It has been restored with all modern amenities whilst retaining the traditional Marchigiani style. There is a large private swimming pool with sun beds and parasols. The large terrace sheltered by a pergola is ideal for dining alfresco and is equipped with table seating up to 10 people.

There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a bathtub and a bidet. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.
