The room was nice and clean besides the bed , bed protection had plenty of stains on it I took it off the people above me was noisy all night I booked a room to relax after working 15 hour shifts everyday didn’t get much sleep but overall it was ok

The very friendly staff was probably the only good thing about the experience. The room was clean but the hallways outside the rooms smelled horrible and had dingy stains everywhere. We had no hot water or soap at all in our room and the walls are super thin because 2 mornings in a row I could hear people's alarms on their phones going off in completely different rooms for a solid 30 minutes before they were turned off. Not the hotels fault that some guests are inconsiderate but it speaks to the quality of the hotel when you can hear other guests that well especially odd hours of the morning. My brother also has a separate suite at the same time and his microwave was broken. Again the hotel staff was friendly and helpful but not sure I would stay here again.
