Good hotel for the money. Breakfast was sufficient. The bad - bathroom door was tough to close, bedroom door was really loud opening/closing, we had some stink bugs.

TRU hotels are the BEST!

This was the best hotel I've stayed at! The design of the building is nice and new, the layout of the rooms and the hallways is well thoughtout, and It really set a new standard for what I look for on hotel stays from now on. It's clear someone thought out every step of the hotel stay and made big changes compared to what a typical hotel has.

The front desk service was fantatsic. Pur room had long dark hair on the floor, on the batnroom shelf and the floors had obviously not been vacuum or washed. Bit of things around. Went to go to bed and there wete dirty spots on the comforter - looked like a shoe print with multiple dirt marks. The front desk assistance was very understanding and also felt the condition of the room was terrible. We were offered another room but I had already cleaned the floors and batnroom of our room. We were brought clean comforters. Service was wonderful but housekeeping is terrible.
