The room was clean! I love that there was cleaning products available. Very easy process to check in. Due to the weather Ruby was very understanding and allowed early check in which im really grateful for. Overall experience was excellent!

Toledo is a nice place

Arrived later than expected and had some difficulty with the keyless entry. Ruby responded and resolved the issue. It took a few text, but all good. Cute apartment, instructions on parking were perfect. I communicated with Ruby often regarding issues and she responded. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we came to Ohio for a family event. Recommended she get ice cube trays, better towels and maybe some extras. Bed was comfortable, couch not so much. The unit has great potential! Good location.
