The pictures were deceiving. When we pulled into the parking lot there were only 4 cars so I knew something was up. The front area was fine but the majority of the lights were turned off. The front desk attendant was nice, no complaints there. The room was just gross. Carpets, furniture, bathroom. Lights flickering in the hallway like the shining. A smell of tobacco smoke and some spice. Instead of swimming we opted to drive quite a bit to go to the mall and walk around.

Everything needed deep cleaned, smelled weird walking in. scary if you're a girl staying alone heard a bunch of weird noises, When I was leavening I striped my own bed because I’ve cleaned hotels and I found a bed bug. Very limited breakfast. The tub was nice tho and it was easy getting into the room

The first room I entered smelled like feet. The floors and the elevator was dirty. The windows need cleaned. The air conditioner was loud.

The hotel is okay it could use some updating, not all the front desk staff are very friendly and their new policy requires $100 deposit which was more than I paid for the room for the night and I still haven't received it back yet

Jetted tub

Weird smell in room had to get candles and spray. Couches and floors covered and stains. Bathroom was dirty. Jetted tub had to be turned on with a toothbrush, after it ran black mold rested at the top of the water and bubbles. Bed was uncomfortable.

Never Again

Peeling wallpaper, someone took a staple gun to the wall thinking that would fix the issues, bathroom door and bathroom vanity had water damage. Small sink outside of the bathroom was falling off the wall. The AC sucked. Bathroom lights only worked half the time and the faucet leaked. The outlets either didnt work or were really worn out and needs replaced. The sad thing is, theres a menards next door and a majority of the issuse could be fixed in less then a day.

The Hotel was fine but the air conditioning unit hadn't been cleaned, probably ever. White mold started growing on the mirror. My sinuses were clogged after the first night so I had to turn it off while I slept. I put a bottle of milk in the refrigerator and when I pulled it out, it smelled of chemicals. They wipe the inside of the mini fridge with chemical wipes and let it sit. There's no thought process going into the cleaning of these units.

We were given a key to a room that was already occupied and walked while they were undesent and naked. Complained or surprised we didn't get jumped or attacked after walking in to their room. The only solutions was to give us anpther room Handicap and no shower other than a hose or shower head to hold. Tv also had to be fixed during our stay l Management didn't reimburse and apologize. Don't go to this place. No staff for room cleaning was the excuses.
