The check in process was extremely labor intensive. Host continued to ask for more and more inconsequential personal information. The app/link sent via email did not function so we had to download “whatsapp” to communicate. Host needs to be more forthcoming with how difficult it is to reach apartment location. Streets are extremely windy and narrow. We were in a midsize vehicle,, We barely were able to navigate into the location and upon arrival, our vehicle did not fit into the garage. We had to park in a public parking structure almost a mile away that cost us for two nights there. The beds were very hard, the couch very uncomfortable. The shower drain was so slow that we could only take about a three minute shower as to not flood the bathroom. The good… location is great, very close to plaza, shops, eateries, buses, taxis etc… AC was excellent. Place was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with plates silverware etc… Overall, okay but could be very good if host Invests some time into fixing problems mentioned.
