I had to clean the shower to take a shower. The room above ours was apparently unsupervised kids who made such a racket we couldn’t sleep. Appealed twice to the desk for help. None came. The party didn’t stop until at least 3:30 am. Requested to speak with the manager when we checked out. He wasn’t on site so we requested a follow up phone call. We had to call 2 days later as he never called. He ultimately said the best he could compensate us was $50 off our bill.
This is proudly displayed in the lobby. Management did NOT make it right.

We bookwd and paid for our room in advance and had to wait 3 hours over the check in time in the pool room with all our stuff and it was my son's 5th birthday our whole schedule was messed up and a kid had an accident and we had to borrow someone else's room to clean them up because ours wasnt available we asked for the manger and was told he would be there in the morning and he was not

Had to shut down here during a show storm because the highway was impassable. Last minute reservation was well with it! Great hotel & great staff. Dog friendly and huge well-appointed rooms! They had the snow in the parking lot cleared before we woke up and made our emergency layover an absolute pleasure. Great location.
