We had an issue with our booking, apparently someone had deleted it from their system. The staff were helpful in getting it figured out, but we they had to move us to a room with 2 double beds when we paid for 1 king bed. Even still, our room was clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was nice.

Staff is over worked. Morning staff couldn’t be inconvenienced to even check me out let alone answer any questions. It’s been a week and still haven’t gotten my deposit back pool area is sooooo small the littlest sound made it super loud the rooms aren’t horrible found it weird they had shareable shampoo conditioner and body wash fixed to the wall never seen that in a hotel before

Amazing Stay worth the trip just to stay!

Literally an amazing stay my sister and I came from Michigan to have a girls trip. The room was so nice, bigger than we thought. The bed and pillows AMAZING! The breakfast was good and the employee working in the breakfast area was awesome. We loved it and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

The maintenance guy knocked on door before we could answer he walked in and that was not exceptable. Bugs were coming through window seal. Ask to move to another room and it was much better. I stay at this one when I come to Toledo but this took me for a loop this trip.
