We had a bad experience at this hotel, right when we arrived. They gave us the key for the room, and my kids always like to open the door room,and we had the bed experience to find someone else was in the room. We received another room ,but we lost our privilege to be in the same floor with other people who traveled with us. My kids and us ,we have been put in an unsafe, unpleasant and very stressful situation.

The room and towels could have been cleaner. However, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The elevator was super slow so keep that in mind if you are trying to use it.

Avg stay-cleanliness was extremely lacking

Room was reasonable clean but carpet was heavily stained and filthy. My kids socks were black after an hour. Breakfast was same every day with no variety. Biscuits and gravy every day and biscuits were hard and looked like they were the prior days. Pool was also dirty with debris in the water in the bottom and old chewing gum on the ground. Clearly the pool and area is not cleaned and scrubbed regularly. Towels were also rationed each day. None avail in pool and only provided with 2 in the room.

Breakfast was incredibly limited, tasted bland and wasn’t very warm. Good luck getting into the pool with the zillion kids screaming and jumping in constantly, staff didn’t do anything about them breaking the rules.

Our room was clean and we got in without issue. My brother traveling with us was not as lucky. The front desk staff assigned them a room that they couldn't get into. It took a half hour of back and forth before they manually opened the door to the room and discovered there was someone already sleeping in it. This was a rude awakening for all involved at 2:15am. The working manager on duty for the morning shift attempted to reconcile the situation as we checked out. Her manager called in and stopped her from continuing to rectify the situation accordingly. After a half hour of the manager in person trying her best to provide a solution, we were told we would have to contact hotels.com for a solution instead.

We got to the hotel at 2 after going to a concert. We went up to the room key didn't work flashes yellow. Went to desk to and had them reset. Went and tried them again door flashed yellow again. So I went back down to the desk and she rest the cards again and came up with. Neither her card or the one she gave us worked and she thought the battery was dead on the door she got the mast key to open the room and there was Already a Tenant in the room. At 230 in the morning we finally got a different room and the room was fine the paint on the walls were chipped. The next morning we talked with staff and she was willing to camp the room but her boss is listening and watching through surveillance and he called and told her absolutely not that we had to contact hotels.com and discuss with them for only a 50 % money back.

Got checking in to a dirty room, ran out of Bodywash and could not get replaced, allowed barefoot guest to access breakfast area during servings, breakfast menu needs to deviate from same servings everyday
