Staff was super nice, and the hotel was clean. Front desk was amazing as I have an older dog and roomed me near a back exit on the first floor so she did not have to walk as far. Thank you!

Good and convenient for College drop off and activities . Breakfast was fine. Our room’s shower door would not stay closed. I didn’t appreciate staff knocking on our door at 10 am to remind us check out was at 11, since we already knew that. In all the years staying at hotels (and even at this hotel) this has Never happened.

Dirty, smelly, and gross

The room was overwhelmed with a chlorine smell. The carpet was sticky. The tile floor had dirty footprints. The sink didn't drain. Maybe worst of all, was the air conditioning that was so loud it vibrated the bed. We barely slept and left with headaches. Worse hotel experience ever.

Overnight stay because of home plumbing emergency. Per request, we were assigned a corner room away from the elevator. Nassar was so gracious. He came to our room to help us reset the sound on the TV. Breakfast staff did a great job. CLEAN, QUIET!!!

It was a quick stay but very nice hotel and would stay again. We got in after 10 PM and the staff was ready to check me in when I walked in. The hotel and room was very clean. The breakfast was also very good.
