The room was disappointing. There was cold air coming in directly from outside underneath the AC/Heating unit. I had to stiff several towels underneath it to keep it from coming in. The bed closest to the bathroom was off its frame. When you sat down on one side, the other side would flip up, so I had to keep pushing the mattress over. The tub plug wasn't affixed correctly, so my son couldn't take a bath. The wall was damaged inside the bathroom where the lotion was supposed to be screwed in, but it was just 2 unfinished holes, and the lotion sitting on the counter. The pool door was very hard to open. We thought it was closed, and asked for help, but staff said you just have to push down very hard. We finally got in, bit had to let other guests into the pool area bevause they also had difficulty opening the door. I messaged the staff, but all they said was thanks for letting us know.

No hotel amenities shared upon checkin. Hallway and room smelled like weed the whole stay. The comforter was nappy. There was an issue with the ceiling in the bathroom. Came into back entrance around 1045p - no key card required. Anyone can walk in and go straight into the elevator. Huge security issue.
