4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I had booked a king size bed, but without informing me they moved me to a queen and said that was all they had. The condition of room was beyond subpar. The room was dirty with food still caked on the counter tops, hair in the shower, and the floors were so filthy I had to wear shoes the entire time I spent in the room. The entire hotel reeked of marijuana. There was a door to a room that was hanging off the hinges with police caution tape covering the door frame during my whole visit. Very off-putting. Overall, highly unsatisfied with this stay. Definitely would not recommend.

Bed bugs and a tick on the pillow. Mistakenly reserved a week later than needed with a non-refundable rate. Hotel refused to allow a date change, so we paid for 2 nights we didn't use. Therefore, I'll leave 2 reviews about the horrible experience. We didn't even try to contact staff because it was midnight when we discovered the bugs and they don't staff the front desk after 11pm. I had to wait a while for the front desk person to show up for check-in but she was very nice and helpful. Do NOT recommend this hotel.
