Discover the beauty of Toledo from this riverside 1-bedroom apartment walking distance to the Toledo Zoo. The cozy space features 1 full bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room. This is a 2nd floor apartment with steps. 2 Pets are allowed but must be house broken and cannot be left alone unless they are put in a crate. Pets are allowed on furniture but please place blankets on furniture.
Guests can enjoy the soothing atmosphere with heating and AC to keep them comfortable. A hair dryer and bath linens are provided for convenience. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, tea bags and some other pantry favorites. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your visit one to remember. Around the back of the house is a scenic view of the Maumee River as can be seen in the photo. Note: the living room only has a sofa not a sofa bed.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Also, please clean up after your pet if they have an accident and take all pet waste out back immediately. The trash cans are located in the back of the building.
Please place all bathroom towels and washcloths in the middle of the bathroom floor. Please strip the bed and place all sheets and bed linens in the middle of the bedroom floor.
