Staff is always amazing and willing to help! We we on the bottom floor and our neighbors next door kept walking back and forth in front of our door. It was unnerving, but they were just walking.

Room was cold due to heat not being on. The front counter lady was rude. TV barely worked. Drug deals & prostitutes everywhere. Advertised free breakfast everywhere around the facility. & The lady did not prepare breakfast. She said "they no longer have breakfast". Bathroom was dirty. Just a overall bad experience.
