When we arrived, there was quite a bit of broken glass near the elevators. Not tiny specks, but some big chunks. it was not removed for over two days. There was no real dining in the hotel. When there was an unknown man knocking on my door and I went to call the front desk, the phone did not work. I managed to call using my cell, and the front desk promised to send security. I am not sure if security ever came. The man eventually left.

2 staff members too busy on their cell phones. Room smelled like urine and no body wash in the shower bottles. Coffee pot didn't work. Floors and carpets were filthy when I reported it upon check out the lady looked at me like I was insane or a bum. $225.00 a night for a dirty room is ridiculous.

Could Easily Have Been Better

Stayed for 5 days. Nice location easy access to and from. Excellent restaurants all around. Well appointed grounds but trash not policed up regularly. Inside common area well maintained and the desk staff were very helpful. Now the maid service needs some work. Cleaned our rooms one time and not well. I had to track them down for coffee and towels. Didn't take all of the trash when they did come. Not happy with the super small refrigerator. And no free breakfast!!

Great Place to Stay

PROS: Stayed here 21 days. Great layout. Good gym. Nice pool. Great lobby layout for meeting up with friends, doing work remotely or just relaxing. Staff is very helpful. Located walking distance to several Restaraunts. CON: Have to request that they clean your room the night before.
