I did not like it I have a walker I was put in a corner room that was so small I could hardly get around in . Beds are terrible not comfortable at all I left at 4: a m. Without getting my deposit back

The suite I booked and paid the guarantee for, was booked to someone else. I was down graded from a King suite to a queen single, at the same price. There is a 50 dollar cash deposit, which isn't mentioned, until check in. There was a 19 dollar extra guest fee, which wasn't mentioned. Very unsatisfied with Bliss point and hotels.com .

The room I booked wasn’t available so they gave me a King suite which I had to pay the difference for. No trash cans in the room. Had a coffee pot but no coffee or even cups if I was prepared and brought my own. Would not recommend

This is the worse hotel I have ever been to! It is nasty. Rooms are not clean and they will tell you that they are and they are clearly not. The tub and toilet were not clean. Smoky rooms. The managers at this property do not like to give refunds back and charge more this website then they actually charge for the rooms. It is a dump. Please do not stay here. It does not look like it does in the pictures. This is worse than a motel.

Bad just bad

Although I booked last minute. Upon my arrival I was informed that the room I booked was unavailable. They gave me another room but I was upcharged for it. The room was in disarray, smelled of cigarettes, and the TV didn't work. It was so late I didn't want to fight it.

Basic & Falling Apart

Just a quick 1-night place to sleep before continuing our drive … front desk was friendly … But room was in bad condition unlike hotel’s photos, basic bed with 2 pillows, curtains falling apart, cabinet faces broken off, bathroom vanity falling apart sinking, 2 no so clean towels for 4 persons occupancy (did not use)

Everything else was just okay. When we tried to check in, no one was there. We left and ate at a place next door, came back about 40 mins later then was able to get someone to answer us. Room was okay. One pillow cover had a stain. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Toilet bowl needed to be scrubbed. Toilet seat was dirty and had dried blood on the rim. The hand towel looked used. Bathroom floor needed to be swept.

Nice feature: Quiet. Poor features: Weird street access off an alley behind a strip mall. Window drape attachment broken. Mildew on shower curtain. Frame squeaked every time getting in and out of bed. Ceiling smoke detector/ sprinkler was covered with plastic and duct taped to ceiling. No service on the TV. Pool under major construction. Cigarette burn on bottom bed sheet.

Upon check in no one was around, it's like you always have to ring the bell. The original 1 bedroom I booked and was given looked like it was occupied with food and lights on and was then given a double bedroom that was far down the hall which was rough with a baby and luggage. The bathroom had ants, and the beds didn't seem clean, but it was late, and I was tired. Theres no breakfast or anything, coffee but who knows how long that sits out. Maybe put a time on it? Upon leaving again no one was around so it's kind of weird. The hall also smelt strongly of smoke even though it says no smoking as well. Just seemed like it was just there, and no one really cleans or works on anything. Beds are comfy and slept quitely though.
