Absolutely appalling me and my wife rented a room for one night off of hotels.com we show up and I have to pay a security deposit that was not mentioned they said I'd get it back within 5 days it's been over 5 days I still have not received my security deposit back. Now let's get to the room The sheets were stained there were cockroaches in there and me and my wife barely got any sleep because people kept trying to get into our room I will not be returning there ever again.

The staff was rude, the manger wasn’t even present for me to talk too about the fact that my friends we stayed with found bedbugs and she tried to go complain. I asked for a refund and was told the manager wasn’t in, so we checked out early and left a complaint.

I arrived at 10:00 PM and was warmly welcomed, and quickly checked in. The room was conveniently located a short walk from the front desk, and close to the pool and vending machines. On entering, the room smelled and looked very clean, and the bed was turned down and waiting. Most of the lamps in the room were controlled by a single switch near the door, which I liked very much. The microwave and refrigerator were spotless, and the frig was running and quite cold. I had noticed on arrival that the parking lot was very well-lit, and I was able to park near the side door. I should add that there were a lot of entry doors, so it seemed that no matter where your room was located, it was close to a secure outside door. My search for electrical outlets was rewarded when I found USB and 110v. receptacles on the bedside table. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I fell asleep immediately. In the AM I tried the TV, which worked as expected, with a wide selection of channels. The shower was hot, and the blow drier convenient. The small desk was perfect for the paperwork I had brought with me, and the pneumatic office chair was a pleasant surprise. I didn't try the breakfast, but I can say that the serving area was spotless. A visit to the pool and spa, which conveniently opened an hour before checkout time, revealed a well-maintained and appointed facility. Even the sauna was clean and fully operational. Overall, this was a tremendous value for the price.

Disgusting smelling room and on the app are not the real photos of this room BUGS ALL UP IN EVERYWHERE IN THIS PLACE also they claim that they only have one handicap room with a handicap accessible toilet in the whole place there was no handicap parking by The doors that they suggested us to use to get to the room The water smells like rotten eggs for surely that they're using tap water to make the biscuits and gravy in the morning at the breakfast if you're having backed up poo issues eat the food there or just have a sip of water and you will never be backed up again no idea how this hotel even came through the filter when I had 7 plus star

Check in went fine the room had a high-rise toilet with a bar . The photos that they have for that room are not that room not at all the room smelled like funk there was nasty spit on the wall and the curtain. The water smells like rotten eggsThe whole room had a nasty smell that would not go away no matter how much Lysol air sanitizer or Scentsy was sprayed The beds were not that great neither were the flat pillowsWe did notcare how the cleaning people barged into the room even when I answered the door and said give us 20 minutes to take off andHE LITERALLY PUSHED ME out of the way and still came in and then remove the shower curtain from the bathroom instead of the curtain of the window that had spit on itThey also had BUG on the WALL IN THE ROOMI have no idea how this hotel even popped up when I had the filter at a 7⭐ or better yes the pool was clean so was the hot tub and sauna but just because of establishment has all that does not make it that grade of place to sleep in I literally shook out every item of clothing that we had to make sure that we were not bringing back bugs go to laundromat wash the stuff and then in the dryer I'm finding little dead bugs in our belongings thank goodness I went to the laundromat because I don't need those bugs in my home The biscuits gravy gave myman the screaming memes for the toilet and I do believe that they made it out of tap water because the water smelled like rotten eggs like that Park OAK OPENINGS WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The room was surprisingly in very good shape. It looked like the bathroom was new. The floor. The shower/enclosure etc. The problem.arose when I went to the bathroom and saw a roach. I felt super uncomfortable and didn't feel good about needing to use the restroom at night and stepping onto the floor. My daughter immediately zipped up her bags . It was the most uncomfortable stay I've had in decades. The staff was fantastic.

The hotel and staff are great! The free breakfast every morning is perfect for the start of the day. There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There is a Cracker Barrel right next door if you are needing or wanting comfort food. The hot tub and sauna is awesome for relaxing after work or playing in the snow.
