The photos of the motel on line are not the pictures for the motel. There was mold in our room, several walls in the facility were crumbling, the hallway smelled of mold, cigarette smoke and weed. The breakfast looked horrible and would not attempt to eat. I will never stay at this location. Definitely a horrible experience.

This is the third time I have stayed at a wyndham hotel in the last few months and they definitely have gone downhill. room was pretty disgusting. "Clean" washcloths in the bathroom had dirt or some other substance on them. Bathtub had dirt or mud all over the side of it. Shower only put out scalding hot water.

It was the worst hotel I have ever booked. I left and went to another hotel even though I couldn’t get a refund. The entire hotel smells like a moldy, medley, old ashtray that has not been cleaned in 4 decades. I had to leave because I couldn’t breathe anymore. It was nasty! Stay away from this place. Hotel.com should be ashamed of itself for having a no refund policy on this kind of property because you have no idea how bad it is until you get there. I will never use the website again because there’s no advantage for using it.

Let me just say be weary, I booked this location for my mom because she was traveling and the front desk lady Rose was very nice. Rose checked her in her room. My mom went to check the room and it was a mess. First off, she was suppose to have a room with a double bed instead they gave her a king bed that was connected to another room and there was trash left there. The rug was pulled away from the wall and the shower was disgusting and it did not operate correctly. The room looked like it needed to be clean again. She spoke with manager Vipul and he apologized for the room and would refund her the money back when she check out the next day. So the next day came and she went to check out and she spoke with Tabitha who then called the manager Vipul and he acts as if he doesn’t recall saying it. This was completely unacceptable best believe I will be contacting wyndham corporate. So if you gonna stay just be aware.

Two Problems 1. When you sleep on the bed in the room I was given, you would see your feet instead of the TV. It was already in trendelenburg position. I told the front desk about it but seriously? Common sense of whoever cleaned the room should have told someone or fixed the problem before any guest arrive. 2. I paid online when I booked but when I checked in, I was charged again. I brought it up to the front desk and I was just told to resolve it online. Will not ever stay there again!
The head part of the bed is almost flat while towards the feet is elevated. You will be sleeping upside down.

I was going to stay 2 nights but checked out first thing in morning. The first room was smoked in , not clean and the plumbing under the vanity was not up to code. The door needed a shove to close properly. The front staff was understanding and we got a little better room but on the second floor. There is no security doors to get in the hallways with key. The fire doors did not shut properly and trash barrels were in corridors .I assume to catch rain water or plumbing leaks. The lobby carport had been badly damaged recently. Outside looked bad but nothing loose or laying about but the plaster in the hallway inside had fallen from a support column was on the floor. The outside of all entrance doors had trash and cigarette butts. This was by far the worst rooms and lack of security of any hotel I have ever booked thru Hotels.com Baymount as a brand has dropped the ball with this property.
