Disliked: Cleanliness
It's a tiny studio apartment in a great location close to Waseda University, and has things a traveler would need, including basic kitchen utensils. The only problems I had was a strong smell of dried urine in the toilet, as the floor was not thoroughly cleaned. Keeping the door closed and fan running basically isolated the smell away from the rest of the unit, but it was still pretty gross. I don't normally use the bathtubs in hotels and rental rooms anyway, but the tub in this unit didn't have a thoroughly scrubbed, smooth surface either, if I were to use it.Also, the entry instructions were sent in a link to a PowerPoint slide, and I had to waste time downloading an app that displays it on my phone. It's just a code, and I don't get why it couldn't be sent in a message through Vrbo in text form.
