It's VERY SMALL!!! even for Tokyo standards. Rented a room with 2 beds but there wasn't enough room for the luggage for 2 people. I mean zero room. I had to rent another room and the spare bed was for the luggage and storage. So it was 4 beds in total for 2 people.
