The bed was not that soft, only that, the hotel is good enough, affordable price and convenient location to move around the city, however, not related to hotel, but Kabukicho area could be a little noisy and there are a lot of people trying to convince you to go to their bars that could be annoying, just be prepared for that.

The hotel is clean and well located for a solo traveler. Easy access to metro system but also very quiet for the location. It has a convenience store near by so that helps a lot. Check in was easy

Terrible due to false commitment and charge by hotels.com. No customer support at all. The overall experience was terrible. I will never book through hotels.com again and neither will I recommend anyone to book through them. Hotels.com charged and confirmed the booking for a room for 03 people but the entire hotel did not have any facility for stay of 03 people. Very poor after service customer care .
