The hotel itself was clean but noisy and tiny elevators. Had to wait forever to get one to any floor. Also the beds are as hard as a rock and when I went down to ask for a couple of blankets, the man at the Front desk would only give me one and was arguing over blankets. I said I needed two and he gave me a Dorothy look and argued saying he already gave me one but finally begrudgingly gave me a second blanket. Ridiculous. I’m sure if I had sent my husband down there wouldn’t have been a problem. So uncomfortable beds and coupled sleep at all. Glad we didn’t do anymore than 2 night. Would not stay again.

Room size is bigger than i expected. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Thumbs up for the free breakfast and laundry machine, especially the dryer, this one actually dry your clothes ! If you have ever used dryer in Japan's hotel, you know what i mean.

The breakfast is worth the price of admission. Hotel is clean and exactly what is advertised. Water pressure is high. Its a little farther from Shinjuku station than some other options but you also pay less so it is a trade off. Our matress was very firm, there are some rooms with softer matress topers but we payed for a basic room. All and all would recommend

For the price I paid its pretty much what I expected. Just be on the lookout for Africans at night, they will attempt to scam you at night, and if you're like me and have a hard time saying no it can be difficult to navigate.

This is an older property, a tad outdated but if I knew that coming in. I enjoyed my stay and really appreciated the complimentary breakfast! The hotel is in a super walkable area with lots of dining options and easy to get to the train station. The staff was very kind, responsive and helpful. The only thing I didn’t love was the bed- it was rock hard- but I’m not sure if that’s a standard in Japan.
