We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and the facilities overall were very helpful. Our only complaint was that, in common with many Japanese hotels, the bed was too hard for western comfort and I barely slept. As this was our last night in Japan before a night flight home, it was unfortunate that I didn't get a good night's sleep before leaving. Otherwise, no complaints. The Inn was easy to find, handy to the train station, and really helpful with held luggage until check-in time.

The staff were very kind and helpful. While small, the room was cozy and clean. I was on the top floor so I can’t speak to upstairs neighbors but I rarely heard anyone on my floor. Every day the bed was made, the trash taken out and new towels provided. Every 3rd or 4th day they did a deeper clean and changed the sheets, etc. The location was convenient to the station as well as multiple conbinis and restaurants.

My friend and I went on a 30th birthday trip to Tokyo. We loved this hotel! It was in a quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks from the train station. There were lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The breakfast was delicious and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Typical Toyoko Inn hotel. Small rooms and bathrooms but clean. Room is so small that doors open outward into the hall. Bathroom tap can only be used for sink or shower at one time. Good AC unit with quiet fan and you can keep it on even when the key card is removed from powering the lights. Cleaning is every 3 days. They have signs saying you don’t have to do the cleaning but then you do. Cleaning is also at 10am which is a little early. It seems like they clean all rooms on a floor at once, which means that they leave the doors open during that time. Location convenient to JR line and Metro line stations. But it’s trickier to get to the elevator in the JR station. We took a <10 min taxi to Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT) to catch the Airport Limousine Bus to the airport.
