We didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that. Hotel itself is nice and in a very convenient area to get to SHIBUYA and Shinjuku. It wasn’t loud on the street 10 floors up so got a decent nights sleep. The room is small but comes with good facilities! I would recommend this place if you don’t mind the busy streets, however it didn’t seem too busy round the streets when we stayed!

I heard staff speaking english and chinese very well. Location is very close to the train station. They helped shipped our luggages to our next hotel. Room is reasonably sized and bathroom was nice. I would stay here again!

Excellent location, great for transport to anywhere, close to lots of dining options. In a quiet area away from the lively part but close enough to walk into in about 5 minutes. Very clean, good facilities very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is in restaurant opposite with great selection and quality food and drink choices. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

There are plenty of places to very close by, as well as a 7-11 and Family Mart. Although there is lots of activity in the surrounding streets, the hotel is very quiet. Free coffee in the lobby from 6am - 12midnight. Walking distance to all of the heavy activities (ie Omoide Yokocho, Kabukicho) and train stations. Rented a room with a washer/dryer which worked well. However, it takes about 4.5 hours to complete on load. So do laundry during bedtime. overall a very nice, safe, quiet hotel and would stay here again.

This was our second time at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku. The staff can’t be beat here. The area is incredibly convenient with Shinjuku Sanchome station right outside the front door. The area is perfect as it has all of the convenience of Shinjuku while being just outside the very busy sections.

Shower pressure very good but the overhead rain shower was not extended enough, was too close to the wall I cannot use the shower. I wash bathe using the handheld. Room 1109
