We didn’t have breakfast option since there are a lot to choose from around the hotel. The room has washer and dryer and microwave and kettle among some basic utensils. The staff is very kind and helpful. We are thinking in coming back next year.

Small room ,as expected in tokyu, but you have a kettle, microwave and washing machine in your room. Unusually, there isnt daily housekeeping, which wasnr a problem for us. You can ask for clean towels with a sign on your door. Great shower.

Rooms are tiny and the bed is quite uncomfortable, very very hard, I like a firm mattress, but this was too hard. Tiny rooms, but you expect that in Tokyo. Washing machine was useful, but I never figured out how to just dry clothes. There was a strange noise in room 901, like a constant dripping and or whooshing sound. Free coffee downstairs and plenty of amenities. Breakfast you have to cook and prepare yourself in the room, which given the room size, can be a challenge. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the main Tokyo downtown area, with Godzilla and big cat.

I had a great stay at Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed, even a washer and microwave, which were super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, close to the subway, restaurants, and shops but still quiet at night. Excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very surprised how smelly and dirty the room was when I checked in. There was another guests long hair stuck to the shower wall. The bathroom smelled like poop the entire stay, even with the vent running continuously. The A/C unit had a nasty smell. The shower curtain was stained and sour smelling as well. This is unacceptable considering this hotel was more of a premium price compared to similar in the area. Next time I visit Japan I will try the APA hotels instead.
