Overall, a good hotel but with some minor issues.

The service was very reliable and went out of their way to accomodate me. I also enjoy the washing machine in the room and was convenient. The only things I was not satisfied about were the pillows were not as comfy and had some trouble sleeping on them. I also didn't enjoy the washing machine's drying function as it didn't seem to dry at all. I had to walk to a nearby coin laundry to dry them.

Tokyu Hotel Yutenji was clean and located at a convenient location. The thing I love this hotel the most is about people. The staff members are so kind and attentive. They have a coffee machine and we can have cup of coffee anytime we want. They provide different kinds of tea bag. There are books we can read at Front Desk area and they have a nice cute book marks for souvenirs for free. I love those detailed services. I hope I can book this hotel for my next trip to Japan.

Place is quiet. Beddings are clean and comfortable. Stores and restaurants are within a five minute walk. Situated in an area away from the crowd or tourists. Gives a feeling of old Japan vibes which is great.

Clean Accommodations Near Jiyugaoka

Chose this property due to location near Jiyugaoka. However spent little time in Jiyugaoka so location was not convenient. We also selected the hotel since it had 3 futons and a washer and dryer in the room. The futons were very comfortable. The air conditioning made for a cool respite from the heat. The washer and dryer took over 8 hours for a small load. We eventually went to a public laundromat and washed and dried in 70 minutes. Would only select this location again if we wanted to spend time near Jiyugaoka.

This was a wonderful stay for our first half of our trip in Tokyo. It was great lodging that was near the train station and several bus stops. The amenities were awesome, including the washer/dryer. Staff was also super friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

I loved my stay at the hotel. It’s not fancy but has everything you need and more, I found the bed really comfortable (firm) and having a microwave was great with the supermarket nearby. I loved the area- there are so many places to eat and when I wanted a busier area it was 3 stops to Shibuya on the frequent local train. I would certainly stay here again.
