The property was in a great location that was near convenience stores, restaurants, and the subway/train station. The views from our room were also beautiful during the day and evening. Would definitely recommend!

Wifi hardly worked and room was tired, poor condition, terrible bed and self-service laundry was not managed. Location and excellent staff service was only plus.

Clean room. But very impersonal upon arrival. The bell persons were very helpful and efficiently took our luggage and then the girls all said to go over there but we did not understand they kept saying 2:00 2:00 please. Asked us to sit and wait until 2:00. Check out was the same just do the machine. Obviously no personal contact with staff

I enjoyed my days at Tokyo Dome Hotel. The staffs are very nice and helpful. All the amenities, facilities in the room are always ready for the guest. The location in the center town and easy to use the public transportation or taking a Taxi. Highly recommend for who would like to visit Japan for your first time like mine. I do not have enough good things to say about The Tokyo Dome Hotel and the staff. All exceptionally friendly and polite. Top notch facilities all around. Great access to transport. The staff in the Lawsons were absolute god sends. From what different foods were to printing out info. Worth every penny and will definitely be going back.

We had a fantastic stay in a spacious and spotless room that offered unforgettable panoramic views of the Tokyo skyline. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with an incredible variety of high-quality Western and Japanese options. Best of all, the hotel's central location near Shinjuku Station made exploring the city effortless.
