Excellent hotel, large room, good service, convenient location. Subway station is very close to the hotel. There is a 24 hour open convenient store Lawson at the second floor of the hotel. You can buy food, drinks and other daily necessities.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 consecutive nights, booking each night separately. At check-in, there was minimal explanation about the hotel or its facilities; the staff only confirmed my 3-night stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed several hairs on the bathroom floor, suggesting the cleaning was not thorough. One of my bookings included breakfast, but this was not mentioned at check-in, nor were any breakfast tickets provided. After reviewing my reservation, I confirmed breakfast was included for the middle night. I inquired next day and was told at the front desk that I could simply show my room key. However, the next morning at the breakfast buffet, I was stopped and told my breakfast was for the previous day, and I was asked to wait while staff verified this, treating me like I did something wrong. Additionally, I heard beeping noises from outside during the night, likely from a nearby parking area or facility. While the location is convenient, due to the lack of communication and hospitality, I rated the hotel 3 stars.

Great room and location, very clean as it is standard in Japan. I hated the automated check in, for some reason it didn't work 3 times during our turn. They had to revert to manual. It's a very cold system in which no exceptions are accepted, you arrive 10 minutes before 1400 hours, you wait. I like smaller business kind of hotels.

Excellent views of Tokyo Dome. Room was excellent on the executive floors. Really enjoyed the executive lounge and free beverages in the room fridge.
