Very handy for late airport arrivals but was difficult to find as limited sinage until you get to the 3rd floor. Room was small however thats Japanese standard. Only brief stay so i can't comment in depth, but air con did take a while to kick in/get colder. Room was quite expensive but being within the airport is what you are paying for. There were free coupons for breakfast and drink didn't have time to do that.
