Very small room like many Tokyo rooms, but it was extremely well thought out. The bathroom space and shower were great, and the fold out desk was functional. The lobby lounge though is what made this a very good stay. It’s cool and comfortable at the same time and I was able to setup my computer to work to a few hours. They have a free happy hour at 5pm for guests, too. The top floor bar is super fancy and brings in young locals looking for a great cocktail bar experience.
My breakfast wasn’t included but I ate there most days of my stay.

New hotel, beautiful decor with a comfy and well thought out common area on the 2nd floor (a huge plus when hotel rooms in Tokyo are small). Room itself is well furnished, clean, and trendy. Western style shower a plus for us Americans. And the location is top notch- so much shopping and great restaurants in Azabujuban, and Roppongi Hills are easily in walking distance. Finally, staff were willing to keep our luggage for the afternoon after checkout, perfect for one last day in Tokyo before heading to the airport. Thank you so much!

Modern jail cell! I would not recommend this place to anyone, I mean unless you want a cute pic in the lobby! Two people can’t move at once in the room, rude staff, and I felt very uncomfortable & unwelcome due to unknown reasons.

Small bed and smaller room. Ventilation is always on. Need to switch all lights off manually as there is no automatic keycard system. Otherwise fine, breakfast is ok, but would not pay upfront, rather during the stay.
