The rooms were extremely clean they provided all of the bathroom amenities you needed and it was in such a convenient spot near the train station so it made it supper easy to navigate Tokyo

We enjoyed our stay at Tosei Hotel Cocoon Asakusa. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Asakusa subway station which was very convenient for getting around Tokyo. The room was tiny, but the price was very affordable. They provide water bottles, free bath salts and other toiletries, and free coffee and tea in the lobby (certain times only). The staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is clean and quiet and we slept well.

Staff was friendly but WiFi signal is weak. The laundromat within the hotel is not very good; it's a combo washer and dryer unit that is bad at washing and even worse at drying. The surrounding area is quite nice since it's next to the Sensoji shrine. Convenient location to get to the airport via the Asukusa line.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They can speak English. Even if they don't they use a translator. The room was very clean and they leave out fresh towels and bottled water if you didn't want your room cleaned out for the day. Although the bed and pillows are hard, but I think that goes for all the hotels in Japan. The location was good as well, only like 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants, train station and other stores. I would stay here again in the future.

The staff speaks incredible English, and are very thorough. It's in a safe location within 10 minute walk of subways. The rooms are nice enough, and our last night upgraded rooms for cheap.
