Hotel felt very safe, clean, and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and there were a few English speaking staff as well. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Good variety of food with fresh vegetables and baked bread every morning. A great location and easy to get to from the airport. A lovely place to sit and eat in the room but overall a little small to move around the room. Great price and perfect for our first few days in Tokyo.
