I had an incredible 6-day stay here! The standout feature is definitely the staff. They are exceptionally helpful, warm, and went above and beyond every single day. Had a very nice stay at this hotel - the room was big enough for my needs, location super well-connected and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The onsen was also such a great perk to have after a long day as well as the evening drinks bar! Keep an eye out for cute little robo-pets wandering around the reception floor 😊 I’ll definitely consider this hotel again for my next stay in Tokyo!

Convenient location very near JR Akihabara and Tokyo Metro Hibiya line (you don't need to cross the street for this one). You would be able to get to a place like Shinjuku very easily via these lines. Staff were friendly and the place was modern / well kept. I would stay here again. My only feedback to improve is perhaps some softer pillows.
