We stayed here because it was close to the main Tokyo Train station and we had a morning trip on the Bullet train. We had flown into Narita, took the express train to the station and stayed there the night. For those more adventurous than us, they do offer the full Japanese bath options, separate men's and women's. We didn't do it as we were on a tight schedule (and are cowedly North Americans). If you want to do it and are curious read about it BEFORE you do it. Like many things in Japan there are rituals and rules you need to ascribe to.

The staff is not professional enough. The room is nice. The service attitude is very good. But the laundry room is open for a short time (9:00 am-10:00 pm). There are only 2 washing machines.

Location and staff are top tier!

This was the first time I was in Japan. This was an absolute perfect room and perfect location for three friends to enjoy Tokyo. I reserved a deluxe room for not that much more and it was plenty of room space for a 6’2 300 pound guy.

Great hotel, excellent location close to Tokyo Station and the Yaesu underground shopping area. Lots of places for breakfast close by. Excellent staff service. And best of all a Japanese-style bath that is the highlight of our stay every time.
