Great amenities! You can’t beat the location as well! Beside a train station but also not in a super busy part which made walking back to the hotel very nice and peaceful

The location was convenient and we enjoyed our 5 night stay at this hotel. The carpet needs to be updated, as it looked like it was from the 1970’s, and in fact, the carpet in our room had multiple bleached areas. I commend the hotel for having washers and dryers on two floors, and we liked the ability to see if the machines are available on the television. The bathroom was a good size compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Japan. However, I think that safety handles just outside the bathtub would be a good addition for one to grab onto, especially when one’s feet are wet.

The room was clean and very nice. The soaking tub was wonderful the first night, nice and hot as the second night, barely lukewarm. It was not comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. I appreciated them very much. The air conditioning and heat function very well.

This is a good well run hotel Rooms not very big bathrooms a real squeeze and rooms could do with a bit more light. But great staff good restaurant attached and a good location between Shinjuku and Koreatown but not as crowded an area. Metro next door a plus even if not the most frequent service.

On the hind sight, we'd book a larger room 😊 as the one we booked was suitable for one person, not 2. The room was clean. No room to store suitcases and the tiny closet can hold maybe one or 2 garments. The staff was good when we could get hold of one. Sometimes, it's busy or we couldn't find one at the counter. We like the location, the laundry facility, the coffee/tea they stocked at the lobby. It's within easy walking distance to the train station! We'd stay there again in a larger room next time!

Amazing stay ! I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to shibuku, or anywhere nearby to plan their stays around Fresa inn! Not only are the staff super friendly and go up and beyond , but the rooms are nice clean , breakfast was amazing , and area was so close to subways stations and other tourist areas. Also fyi , they offer so many free amenities that can dramatically decrease your packing such as : shampoo , face lotion , sunscreen but also lovely extras such as hair wax , razors and face masks ! Just go and book it you won’t regret it !
