Room was so old looking and small. For anyone who is taller than 180cm will need to duck as the door frames are low. Bathroom is so small that head can almost touch the ceiling. Only good thing was in Shinjuku and 15 mins walk to the station. Good amenities to choose at the lobby. For the price you pay, I would prefer to stay somewhere that is nicer modern looking.

Check-in was terrible. The hotel refused that my room could accommodate 3 adults even though Expedia states that the Standard Twin Room with two double beds sleeps 4 (my search criteria was specifically 3 adults when I booked the room on the site), so they made me book an extra room. Furthermore, since they had my luggage (forwarded from my previous hotel) they refused release of my luggage unless I booked the extra room. Room itself was as advertised on Expedia; 2 double beds that could sleep two each. Strange room layout though: - Not enough outlets; had to choose between having a lamp, heater or fan plugged in at the room corner. I guess I could have plugged it in at a place where I would trip. - Light switch for the bathroom was on the hinge side of the outward swinging door, making access awkward. - Found a hairpin on the floor from the previous guest.
