We visited Tokyo and stayed at this hotel. The stay was excellent. Clean, the breakfast excellent, and the service first-class. The hotel's shuttle to the airport was very convenient and safe. I highly recommend this hotel. I hope to visit again on my next trip to Tokyo.

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel for the price I paid. The lighting in the rooms was terrible, there was a lack of powerpoints closeby to the beds and the bathroom is very small and difficult for more than 1 person to use efficiently. It was great in terms of location but that was about it

Clean rooms, but terrible AC. I had every extra fan going and was still too hot. There was no way to get it cooler, which was super frustrating and made it very uncomfortable. Service was excellent, location was excellent. I wish there was a regular restaurant on site - I just wanted to sit and have a dinner that didn’t cost a lot of money. Overall, great value for money.

The hotel environment was conducive, clean and quiet. The hotel room is spacious and good size for 2 person and all staff are polite, approachable and helpful. We had a great experience at this hotel. Shinjuku station was a bit of a walk, but not terrible. Some of the hotel reviews mention hot rooms. Ours was the opposite. It was very very cold and the only other option was off, and then it would be stuffy. In all, it was a great stay for the price and I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends.

Location was rather convenient - 15 min away from main train station. Aircon centralized but I worked around it by switching it off and using the room provided fan. Happy with this booking and stay!

Hotel is in a good location with easy access (right by Shinjuku Station) to popular sights. Room is clean but small as to be expected in Japan. But could really use some drawers/shelves or storage space as we stayed 6 nights and lived out of our suitcase as couldn't unpack so wrinkled clothes was the norm. Staff are polite and helpful.

Location of hotel was walkable to the train station and shops and restaurants. It was in a quiet location and had convenient stores close by to get a snack. If you don’t mind walking a good 10 mins to the restaurants and train station then I would recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.
