I had reached out to the property multiple of times prior to my stay as the check-in information displayed on the Expedia website had little to no information, I reached out to the agents to see if they could assist me with my stay however they were unable to connect with them and this caused me to book a separate hotel. @3am they finally reached out with instructions at this point I had wasted my time and money with this property and the whole experience was horrible. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY. For my first trip to Japan this was the worst experience and I hope others take upon themselves to not book with them as they are unable or incapable to reach out in a timely fashion. This was the biggest headache and I would like a request a refund for this experience as this was not my fault. I had checked every email, every communication regarding this and they were too late respond!? Who reached out the day after the initial check in??
