My stay at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was professional, warm, and efficient. The location is unbeatable, right next to Shinagawa Station, making it incredibly convenient for travel throughout Tokyo and beyond. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful city views that made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. Despite being in such a busy area, the atmosphere inside the hotel was calm and relaxing. I also loved the variety of dining options available within the hotel, as well as the overall amenities that made the stay feel seamless and luxurious. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well-My stay at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel was absolutely exceptional. This hotel perfectly balances comfort, convenience, and quality service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo, whether for business or leisure.

Each room cleaning they placed two water bottles which came in handy with the low humidity. Every thing worked in my room. I've stayed at this hotel nearly every time I've visited Tokyo. It's adjacent to the shinagawa train station which has subway, multiple railway, shinkansen, bus and taxi service to get around anywhere in Tokyo
