Very small rooms. But it's a good place to overnight if you intend to take the Shinkansen out of Shinagawa station.

We enjoyed staying here. Close to Shinagawa station & 7-11. Friendly staff and rooms are much bigger than standard japanses rooms. Free breakfast a plus and luggage storage
