The only positive thing about the Tobu Hotel Shibuya is its great location — it’s close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, that’s where the good part ends. The bathroom was dirty; I’m bald, but there were always hairs in the shower, which made it feel unhygienic. The room itself was extremely small, even by Tokyo standards, and the pillows were so uncomfortable that I barely slept well during my stay. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t stay here again despite the convenient location.

For being so close to the centre of it all it's fine for 1 night. Don't think we would have stayed more, for us it was good being close to everything and having to go to airport the next day. Room is tiny as is generally in Tokyo and ours unfortunately smelt of smoke and we had loud people in passages until 1pm. Reception lady was not friendy but was efficient.

The staff is nice and they provide all toiletries in the lobby including mouthwash, however the room is terrible. Stains on the walls and stains on the linens. Not very clean in the shower and it needs major renovations. The white plates they use for breakfast had the coating peel off each day which is unsafe and should be replaced for food safety.

Fantastic location, walking distance to all sights in Shibuya, also walked to Harijuku & the train station close to everywhere else! So many good choices near by. Family Mart next door. She Wolf Diner in-house had delicious burgers & homemade chips! Breakfast basic but enough. Firm beds, Triple room size & bathroom on the small side but ok for 3. Would stay here again!

The hotel was nice but the rooms a so very small. We felt the room was damp as when you had a shower there was no fan to dissolve the steam. Also there is no where to unload your suitcases. You had to very little space. The staff was amazing and the food was good

Staff was friendly. Convenient location. Room and bath were tiny; typical of Japanese hotels. No smart tv?! That's crazy for the middle of Tokyo. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers.
